New: we set up Claude, Harvey and Legora for law firms, and run it with lawyer review. Learn more

Put Your Firm on AI, Properly

Most small and mid-size firms don't have a legal engineer. We set up the AI tools your firm uses, build the workflows around your practice, train your people, and can run the work for you with a lawyer checking every output.

What We Handle

Systems we work in

  • Claude Team and Enterprise, and Claude Code
  • Harvey
  • Legora
  • Docassemble

Every draft is checked by a qualified lawyer and approved by your attorney before it is used.

  • A firm-wide Claude setup: workspaces by practice group, your precedents and house style loaded as projects and skills
  • Connectors to your document and practice management systems
  • Automation with Claude Code: intake, document assembly from your templates, deadline extraction, batch review
  • Workflows built in Harvey or Legora if that's the platform you license
  • Open-source document assembly with Docassemble
  • An AI-use policy for the firm, aligned with ABA Formal Opinion 512
  • Training for attorneys and staff
  • Ongoing operation: we run your AI workflows and a lawyer checks the results

Sent Tonight, On Your Desk by Morning

New Delhi is 9½ to 10½ hours ahead of New York, so our working day starts as yours ends. Every piece of work goes through the same five steps.

  1. Send the Work

Email it, share a folder, or assign it in your own system before you leave for the day.

  2. AI First Draft

We draft in the AI tools you approve: your Harvey, Legora or Claude account, or our business accounts that don't train on your data.

  3. Lawyer Review

A qualified lawyer checks the facts, the law and every citation, and corrects the draft in redline.

  4. Second Check

Another member of the team checks format, completeness and your house style.

  5. Back by Your Morning

It's in your inbox or your system when you start, with notes on anything that needs an attorney's decision.

Questions

Do we need to buy Harvey or Legora?

No. Many small firms do well with a Claude Team plan and a few well-built workflows. We recommend the smallest setup that does the job.

Who owns the setup?

You do. Everything runs in your accounts, and we hand over the workflows, prompts and documentation.

Is it ethical for a US firm to outsource legal work to India?

Yes, when the firm supervises the work. ABA Formal Opinion 08-451 confirms that lawyers may outsource legal and support work, including overseas, if they supervise it, protect client confidences and get the client's informed consent before sharing confidential information. Formal Opinion 512 (2024) applies the same duties to generative AI. Your attorney reviews and signs everything we prepare.

How do time zones work?

New Delhi is 9½ to 10½ hours ahead of New York. Work you send at the end of your day is usually back when you start the next morning, and we overlap with your morning for calls.
